Excellence is the quality of being great, outstanding or extremely good. So before being extremely good there’s a lot of time to be invested, lots of energy, concentration and optimism. You cannot excel without sweating. I think excellence is what makes an achiever. Great achievement requires great sacrifice, so achivers are those people who have made themselves excel by sacrificing their time and focused on the goal aimed. They have put in great effort, determination and yes, finally grabbed the goal with both hands. That is what makes an achiever.
