By law we are required to hold an AGM every year. The NSTF non-profit company (NPC) is governed by the provisions of the adopted Memorandum of Incorporation (MoI). It is compulsory for representatives and/or alternates of NSTF member organisations to attend to ratify important decisions for the NSTF. Without enough representatives present, the NSTF cannot function. The details are as follows:
